CorpNote's Event Management System Gets Another Big Enhancement

The CorpNote invitation manager now provides event administrators the ability to ask two multiple-choice questions of their guests.

"The most popular use has been to ask attendees what meal choice or seminar time session they would prefer," says Sarah Miller, CorpNote President, "but it can be used in many different ways for various purposes. Users can type their own question and give up to 8 choices. If a choice becomes full, like too many "dessert" offers for a pot luck dinner, the administrator can remove that one choice for new attendees without losing the data they have already collected."

As with other CorpNote tools, this new feature is customizable by the event administrator. The administrator can even configure a question so it doesn't display to the public, and use the additional data fields to store internal information about the attendee, like if they are a past customer, a prospect or a company employee or spouse. The data is saved in the member's online CorpNote account and attendance reports can be sorted and downloaded as MS Excel spreadsheets.

This new invitation enhancement is the second major system upgrade released this summer designed to make it easier for people to manage online event registration. These features are available to all CorpNote users, including Individual Membership customers and CorpNote Company Plan participants.
