The CorpNote system now allows users to customize their eCard messages using a full suite of Word-style editing tools including web site and email hyperlink insertion, horizontal rules, ordered and unordered lists, insertion of graphics, and complete control over the size and color of the eCard text. Users who are familiar with any word processing application can now easily paste formatted text for fast insertion of professional messages that match their company's look (or personal creative fancy). All tools are easily accessible from any Internet-equipped computer and do not require the user to download additional software.

The new Message Helper, which is integrated into the eCard Compose tool, allows members to create or search for commonly used messages which they can easily insert into an eCard. The messages can contain formatting such as text color and size, bulleted and numbered lists, and hyperlinked text — so it can take less than 30 seconds to send a card you use often (e.g. sales meeting thank you's or trade show follow-up).
