I own an express fitness studio for women located in the Lawrence Shopping Center and have been an extremely happy user of CorpNote for several months now. I have used CorpNote primarily for marketing to prospective customers and for communication with existing members. Why am I so satisfied?
- Very easy to learn: I was actually able to develop several mailing lists in my "address book" and design my first CorpNote during my very first learning session. I was amazed at how easy these features were to learn and, believe me, I don't have expert computer skills.
- Very easy to customize: After I launched my first few e-cards, I was able to customize and incorporate new features very easily and quickly...I was quite proud of so many of my card designs!
- Very easy to track responses: Being able to determine which targets have opened my message has been a great aide, as well as being able to keep track of which cards were sent to whom and when.
- Excellent customer support: During the few times that I did "hit a snag", help was readily available from your support staff. My e-mails were answered promptly and effectively. I was especially impressed when one of your support staff visited my facility and sat down with me at my computer to resolve my problem. He resolved my problem so effectively that it has never re-occurred!!!
- Big bang for my bucks: As a new business owner, I am very conscious of expending my resources carefully to ensure every penny is spent wisely. The value that I feel I am getting for a very reasonable monthly fee is phenomenal!! I literally send hundreds of e-cards every month, saving me postage expense and valuable time.
- Successful outcomes: As a direct result of sending my e-cards, I have obtained new members, have enrolled my existing members in ancillary services such as yoga classes and weight loss contests, and received positive
feedback from my members with regular news communications and special acknowledgements.
