CorpNote now lets your event guests include up to 12 additional attendees when they RSVP to an event. This is great for seminars and sales presentations where you want to encourage as many people as possible to make your event a success.

When someone replies to your online invitation, they can select how many guests they are bringing. The CorpNote system will create form fields for their individual names, company names and email addresses. All responses are stored in your CorpNote online database, and you can print out attendance reports with guests printed out under the main attendee's name (like you would for a family event) or you can list guests and main attendees in one big alphabetical list, to ease check-in if everyone is arriving separately.

Of course, as a CorpNote event administrator, you are always in control of your guests, and enabling the additional guest feature is totally under your control when you create an event. As in the past, you can limit the number of guests allowed, and choose whether the guest email address and company name are required.
