How am I billed for your service?

Answer: Your billing cycle is based on the date you establish your account. For example, if you sign up for an account on November 20th, then your next billing date will be December 20th. To find your billing date, sign into your account and go to My Account > Billing and Password. On the upper right side of the screen is your next billing date.

You may cancel your membership at any time by completing our cancellation form. If you cancel your membership within 4 days of your next billing date, you will not be billed for the next month's billing cycle.

If you are unsatisfied with our service, you can cancel within 10 days of joining and receive a full refund.
