Why is my eCard not sending?


If you noticed that your web browser takes a long time to send an eCard or it doesn't send an eCard at all, it may have to do with your browser's cache setting.

To change your cache options in Internet Explorer:
  1. Select Tools/Internet options
  2. On the General tab, you will see a section called 'Temporary Internet Files'
  3. Click the Settings button
  4. Under 'Check for newer versions of stored pages,' select every visit to the page or every time you start Internet Explorer
