Why aren't my eCards reaching my recipients - why aren't they getting picked up?

Answer: This may be due to spam filters or rules set up by individual IT departments. In some cases, your eCard is getting through to the recipient but we were unable to record that the eCard was picked up. For more details, see our tutorial on choosing your email format.

In any event, here are some tips on resolving the issue. Make sure:

  • your email address, that you sign in with, is a valid email address. Our system will not send email from an invalid email address.
  • your subject line clearly states the purpose of the eCard
