Step 1: The software program that contains your address book may have an export feature that allows you to export a text file with your contact names and email addresses. Open that software program and go to their help menu or look in your software manual and follow their instructions.
If your program allows you to export the first name, last name and email address fields, go to step 2.
If your software does not separate out the Contact Name into 2 fields (first and last name) then go to step 3.
NOTE: If your program allows you to export categories, you may add
them after the email address separated by a comma.

Step 2:
Find the .txt document you created, and open it with notepad. Your file should look exactly like this. The system will automatically take out quotes around the names and email addresses.
Andrea, Burns, andrea@earthlink.net
Matthew, Miller, matthew@abccompany.com
Adrienne, Drinkwater, adrienne@jccompany.com
If your file does not look like this, go to step 4; otherwise, select all of the text, and copy it. You will then paste it into the text box provided on the CorpNote site.
When you click the "add to address book" button, you will get a screen where you can preview and edit your contacts before importing them to your CorpNote address book.
