Tutorials - Multi-User Plan Members - Email Invitation
Your custom interface will be visible to all of your company members as they create and send eCards, and will also be seen by your eCard recipients. To access this feature, go to My Account > Customize Logo & Colors and click on the 'Edit Custom Interface' button.
Email Invitation - You can customize the Email Invitation that will be sent to your eCard recipients in two ways: by adding a banner and a custom text message. Click the "Edit Email Invitation" button to begin.
- Custom Banner - This banner can be as large as 600 x 60 pixels, and must be a .GIF or .JPG image. If you are sending an eCard with Browser Delivery, it will appear at the top of your e-mail invitation. If you are sending an eCard directly to the emil inbox, then it will appear directly above the card. Click the "Modify" button to upload your image when you are ready.
- Custom Text Message - This custom message will appear below your custom banner. It can be up to 70 characters long (including spaces). The default message is "You have received an eCard from (company name)". You can preview and save your changes at any time by clicking on the "Preview" and "Save Changes" buttons. If you would like to revert back to your last saved design, click on the "Revert To Saved Design" button.
