Company Members
As a company member, you have access to send as many eCards, online surveys and online invitations as you like. You can use any of our stock eCards or you can upload your own cards into our system. You can also manage your company's user's and get reports on their activity. Click on the links to view the tutorials that walk you through each step of your company member options. Upload Custom Cards: The Upload Custom Cards screen is where you upload your eCards (up to 36), delete unwanted eCards, and add descriptions that pop up when you roll over the thumbnail pictures. If you do not know how to create a custom eCard, we have easy step-by-step instructions. Also, don't forget to create custom eCards for your online invitations and/or online surveys. Share eCards: All of your members have immediate access to your eCards as soon as you upload them. You may also grant access to your eCards to other members who are not with your company. Manage Users: You can add, modify and disable users that are associated with your account. You are only billed for members who activate their account. Customize Logo & Colors You can make the CorpNote web site look like your brand by following our step-by-step instructions. If you don't know how, we can help you. You can also create an eCard that your members will see when they sign in to use the CorpNote system.
