Survey Manager - Direct Link to your Survey Response Form

To link directly to your survey response form, access your Survey Manager by clicking on the navigation (E-Cards / Survey Manager) at the top of any screen.

• Click the 'Direct Link' button next to the survey response form you want to display.
  
  
• If you want your survey response form linked in the body of an email, copy the code in the 'Direct Link for Email' text box and paste in the body of an email.
  
  
• If you would like to have a direct link to a survey response form on your Myspace, Facebook, or Blogger etc., copy the code in the 'Direct Link with Image (HTML) text box and paste into Myspace, Facebook, or Blogger, etc.
