Enhancements to Online Invitations
The CorpNote team has released several enhancements
to our Online Invitations and a lot of these new features came from
member suggestions. Thank you! Here are some
of the new invitation features:
- Select a start and end date for your event invitations. This is handy for events that span several hours or a few days. Our handy calendar enables you to quickly choose your event date and your RSVP date.
- Include a Google Maps Link and/or add your own directions to your event such as the best place to park and what to do when they enter the building.
- Limit the number of guests people can bring by selecting from 0-6 guests allowed.
- Create a personalized message that appears above the comments box. (For example: Please tell us if you would like a Turkey Club or a Roast Beef Sandwich for our complimentary lunch.)
This month we will be adding the ability to download your guest list as a
MS Excel spreadsheet. This feature was recommended by a member who was making
name tags for her event.

Business Doesn't Stop in the Summer
Summer is a great time to invite clients and employees to outdoor events
and catch up. Our members are using Online Invitations for company picnics,
sports outings, to invite customers to in-store demonstrations, and more.
We have a variety of formal and informal invitations in the system and we
will be adding more this month.
After the event is over, send thank
you e-cards.
Some members include a link from their e-card to a photo slide show of their
event that they post on a web site.
