Permission-based Networking
The next time you go to a networking event, make sure you have the email addresses of those you meet, and ask their permission to keep in touch via email. Send ecards reminding them about your conversation, and ask them to add you to their list of resources.

Oops! Oversights and Belated Events: Protocol
It is perfectly OK to send a Birthday card late — most people care more about the thought than about having it arrive on time. If you knew it was a special event, but simply couldn't respond in time, tell them in your message. We've all been in the exact same situation.

If you have forgotten a business promise, contact that person as soon as you remember! This is not a time for embarrassment, but an opportunity to show your character and honesty. Call them, or send them an e-card, saying when you will fulfill your promise and make a sincere apology. Leave out the excuses (and never make up a story!) If you ignore the mistake, and hope that it will just "go away", you can be sure that any future business will do the same.

You can now import your MS Outlook or Act email contacts into your personal CorpNote Address Book. We've also added a "Category" field, so you can categorize your contacts in any way that fits your needs or style. Quickly find your contacts by sorting your address book by first name, last name or category, and address an ecard to an entire group just by clicking on the category name!

Design, Compose and Send your Ecard in any order you choose.
Not sure what you want to do first? Want to address your ecards in advance, then fill in the message with the latest information right before sending? No problem! CorpNote lets you pick an ecard design, compose your message, and address your ecards in any order to fit your needs.

"Copy Card"
Now you can make a duplicate copy of any ecard, so you can create "template" messages of ecards you send often. Just design and compose an ecard, and save it for later. When you want that message, open it from your Ecard History window, and select "copy card". You will get an exact duplicate that you can customize or send right away! (You can also copy ecards you've previously sent!)
