Issue 21:
Sending E-cards
this Holiday Season
The Holiday Season is fast approaching, and that means CorpNote’s busy
season! We’ve seen the price of postage go up over 5 percent annually,
so it’s no wonder more businesses are turning to online greeting cards
to express their end-of-year appreciation. We appreciate all of your suggestions
for cards and features, and we look forward to offering our members even
more in the upcoming year!

CorpNote Adds new productivity, address book improvements
& Myspace/facebook/blogger compatibility...
One of the great things about CorpNote is that you can access your
contacts from any internet-equipped computer when you sign in to your
account. One of the most requested features in the past year has been
for the CorpNote system to act more like Outlook or other customer relationship
management tools. Since CorpNote is a natural fit for maintaining great
customer relationships, this has been a natural development.
Address book and contact management improvements include:
- New data fields: now you can save and sort by contact's Birthday,
Company and Anniversary date.
- Improved 'Comments' tools: Now you can create and maintain comments
for each of your contacts, and add follow-up comments to any card
that's already been sent.
- Track your contacts by the date they're added to your address book
- Coming soon: view all the event invitations and surveys that
an individual has received from the address book.
Another popular request has been the ability to create a direct
link to an Online Greeting Card, Invitation or Survey. Now you can easily
create two types of links from within CorpNote:
- Create a simple link that you can paste into an email or newsletter,
that takes people directly to your card, invite or survey
- Create HTML code that allows you to easily post an image and link
to your CorpNote content, for display on your web page, or on any
of the popular 'community' web sites, like MySpace.com, FaceBook.com
and Blogger.com.
Just look for the "Direct Link" button in your Sent Cards account, Invitation Manager or Survey Manager.
Did
you know you can compose and address your holiday e-cards now, and schedule
them to automatically be sent right before the holidays?
CorpNote Company Plans gain momentum…
Are
you looking for a way to make a great brand impression for a reasonable
price? CorpNote’s Company Plans let you customize the entire CorpNote
web site with your logo and company colors, and lets you offer custom
e-cards, invitations and surveys to everyone in your company! Even if
you are a one-person shop, a Company Plan is a great way to build your
image. For a one-time setup cost of $350, you can customize CorpNote
so it looks like you have your own E-card,
online invitation and survey system. Your CorpNote membership will cost only $6.29/month,
and you can add additional company users to your plan at similarly reduced rates.
