Here's how it works…

Unlimited invitations sent via a CorpNote eCard, using your own email, or posting a direct link to the event registration form from your web site, newsletter or social media channel

Guests go to the event RSVP form which provides more information about your event such as date, time and location

Enable respondents to register from 1 to 12 additional guests

Events can span multiple days

Require (or not require) guest email address and company name

Location information like address, a Google Maps® link, and your own instructions or directions

Ask up to 2 questions such as meal choice, age range or time slot they are selecting

Set an RSVP cut off date and/or attendee limits

Provide custom messages for when an attendee limit is reached and the thank you confirmation messages

Guest responses can be viewed in real time in your Invitation Manager, where you can send follow-up correspondence and print and export MS Excel attendance lists.

What do I do if people respond by phone or cancel after they said yes? No problem! You can add people to your guest lists and even modify existing guest registration information in the Invitation Manager.

How much does it cost? How many events can I manage?
The Online Invitation Manager is included in your monthly CorpNote Membership. You can send as many invitations and eCards as you like each month. You can also manage multiple events simultaneously.

Can I send out different eCards, at different times, for the same event? Yes, you can 'attach' an event invitation to any eCard. This lets you easily send follow-up invitations to guests that don't respond after the first round of invitations go out, or to customize card designs for each invitee. No matter how many separate eCards you send for an event, your guest list is automatically consolidated for you.

Can I use Surveys in combination with an Online Invitation? Yes, an eCard can contain an Event RSVP link and a Survey link at the same time.
