Variety is the Spice of Life

Do you ever feel like your job lacks variety? Are you seen by the office as a one-trick pony? Maybe it's time to spice things up a little bit. Here are some peppery topics that have been in our industry news this week.

  • SPAM is down for the first time in two years. This claim comes from computer antivirus giant Symantec.
  • Email is being replaced. A European technology company has predicted that texting, instant message and social media will soon rule supreme.
  • You can stop clicking your mouse and TV remote. (But not quite yet.) Microsoft's X-Box Kinect released a new generation voice-actuated web surfing and television control upgrade to its popular gaming console. It's not quite there, but people are excited at the possibilities.
Never a dull day in the technology sector. We hope we can help you spice up your day-to-day routine!

Comments:

Today's pic was taken on Martha's Vineyard, MA. Cedar Tree Neck Sanctuary an Doggett's Pond is an amazing waterfront reserve where the glaciers have deposited a vast variety of rock specimens along the shoreline. The stones have been polished by years of passing tides, and being in the water brings out their color and pattern depth.
