4th of July is generally celebrated in the US with fireworks, picnics, parades and concerts. The children are out of school and summer vacations are in full swing! This new 4th of July eCard can be used as a greeting card and for an invitation to 4th of July parties. On a historical note...The 4th of July holiday, also known as Independence Day, commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. This is the date that the US declared independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. It's also a great example of how two nations that once had a strong and brutal conflict can now be very strong, peaceful allies.
A fireworks photo was taken with a Nikon camera. The text and other graphic elements were added in Adobe Photoshop and then the image was exported as a .jpg.
