With our web site development company, Set Now Solutions, I often hear from our clients on a daily basis. With CorpNote, I don't get to have the same interaction with our members because it's solely an electronic service and people don't think to pick up the phone or email us with questions or comments.
I went to a trade show today (sponsored by our local chamber of commerce) in Trenton, NJ and even though our customer base is international and Internet based, I got to meet several of our members in person. They showed me how they use CorpNote and how it's helped their business. They also told me what they would like the system to be able to do and we got to talk one-on-one about some of the future enhancements we have planned for the holiday season.
