It’s holiday time! Whether you’re in a last minute scramble to get everything done or you need a calm, organized approach to sending your holiday greeting cards this year, here are the answers to your most common holiday eCard questions.
Q: Can I join CorpNote just for one month to send my holiday eCards?
A: Yes - you can join CorpNote for one month and then cancel. Please remember that we do recurring billing, so it’s your responsibility to cancel your membership before the end of the 30 day billing cycle so you don’t get billed again. Also, your account needs to be active for recipients to view your eCards. For example, if you joined today for only one month, your eCards would be viewable for the next 30 days. Please note: if you post your eCard in social media or on your website, your CorpNote account will need to be active for the eCard to display. Read this FAQ for more details.
Q: Can my company join as an individual member?
A: Yes, our Individual Plan is perfect if you have one individual in your company sending out all the eCard correspondence and managing events and surveys. With this plan, all eCards will be sent ’from’ the email address used to create the account, and the eCard signature will reflect the name of the account holder. Read this FAQ for more details.
Q: How can I see your Holiday eCard designs without joining?
A: The best way to view holiday eCard samples is in our samples and tips area:
Q: Can I easily send my holiday eCards to more than 250 recipients?
A: Yes. CorpNote allows you to send up to 2500 eCards with a single click. This limit is to ensure deliverability by not getting caught in mass email filters.
Tip: Many of our members organize their contacts into ’Groups’ in their address book so they can more easily send eCards to a larger volume of people. (Click here to view our tutorial on creating groups in your address book.) You follow the same procedure as the above example except on the ‘Address and Schedule’ screen, you will add your recipients by clicking the ‘Add Group(s)’ button. View the tutorial on Addressing and Scheduling your eCard.
Q: Can I post a holiday eCard in social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and Google+?
A: Yes. Many companies are using CorpNote’s social media sharing feature to post a link to their holiday eCard from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and more. Check out our online tutorial and video: Using eCards in social media
Q: Can I post a link to my Holiday eCard on my Website?
A: Yes. You can use our direct link feature to post a link on your website to your holiday eCard. View our tutorial for more details: Direct Link to your eCards
Q: Where can I get more information?
