The holidays provide lots of networking opportunities and we've made it super easy for you to keep the conversation going while you're on the go! With CorpNote's QuickSend you can send a quick, pre-designed but personalized follow up email in less than 30 seconds. There's no app to download and QuickSend email templates are included with your membership.
Here's How it Works
Create QuickSend Email Templates in Advance
Create a few emails for different occasions such as 'it was nice meeting you,' 'thank you' etc., send them to yourself to make sure they look exactly like you want them to, and then save them as QuickSend email templates.
Bookmark the CorpNote website on your phone or choose 'Add to Home Screen' on your Apple device.
Sign into your account and go to Email > QuickSend and you will see your QuickSend email templates.
Send your Email Templates
When you meet someone that you want to keep in touch with, bring up the QuickSend screen, choose your email template, enter their email address and their name (optional), and click send. You can also automatically add their contact information to your address book by checking the box to 'Add to address book'.
Track your Email Pickup
After sending a QuickSend email, you will see when your email is picked up and you will have the option to add the new contacts to your address book. You can view the email tracking information just like any other sent email.
Go to your "Sent Emails" bin and you will see your QuickSend emails identified with a QuickSend icon 
next to them. You can also search to view only the emails you have sent through QuickSend.
Additional Tips for Using QuickSend
- When sending a QuickSend email template, you have the option to enter your recipient's company, birthday and anniversary information as well as the option to add the contact to your CorpNote address book. If you select to not have the person immediately added to your address book, you can still add all of your entered information later through the "Import QuickSend Contacts" tool.
- QuickSend emails that use the 'autofill names' feature will show the recipient's name you entered regardless of whether you add them to your address book.
