CorpNote is proud to announce expansive additions to its email marketing services, which will eliminate the complexity and cost of using separate services to manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns.

This release includes over a dozen new features and offers more creative flexibility, making CorpNote easier to use for beginners and more powerful for advanced email marketing professionals. This is truly the most substantial enhancement to CorpNote in the last decade.

Email Templates, Image Library and Email Automation

Pre-designed Email Templates

CorpNote now gives you the ability to use pre-designed email layouts for email newsletters, sales flyers, fundraising initiatives, invitations, surveys and more.

Our new email template library makes it easy to quickly create customized emails for any business occasion. eCards are still available as an email option and can now be enhanced by combining them with pre-designed email layouts, graphics from the CorpNote library and your own uploaded images.

Free-form Email Marketing Options

For total creative control, you can now start with a blank canvas and customize your emails from the ground up. You can also use our new email layout builder to create customized stackable content blocks which can be inserted into your emails. Multi User Plan Administrators can share content blocks and email layouts with their plan users, ensuring brand consistency.

Image Library

CorpNote now offers illustrations, icons, dividers and decorative elements to enhance your email designs. We've also doubled the number of images you can upload, and have automated the process of saving multiple sizes of the same image for greater flexibility.

Our New Image Library provides hundreds of pre-designed images that you can insert anywhere in the body of your email newsletters, email notices and eCards. You can now also more easily brand your email communications by uploading images specific to your industry or needs. Your own graphics can be inserted anywhere in the body of the email.

Additional New Features & Enhancements:

• Redesigned Address Book Import: We've completely rebuilt our address import tool to be faster and more intuitive. Our system will scan your contacts file, identify missing data and duplicate contacts, and help you resolve conflicts.
• Enhanced Email Automation (formerly called Recurring eCards): We've upgraded this area to include more flexible sending interval options, allowing you to send recurring automated emails ranging from every 7 to 999 days. We've also added more options for randomizing email designs, and for automating emails in a specific sequence. Email automation can be used with eCards, email newsletters and email notices to fit a wide range of email campaign needs.
• Enhanced Invitation and Survey Integration: You can now easily link any image or text within your email to your invitation or survey response form.
• Multi User Plans: Administrators can now share an unlimited number of their pre-designed email layouts and 200 of their own images with their users. They can also control their user's access to CorpNote images and email layout libraries.
• More Email Signature Options:
• Your signature logo is now selected from your uploaded images and, if you are a multi user member, you can use images shared by your administrator as part of your email signature.
• As an alternative to the CorpNote pre-set email signature, you can now use email layout blocks to create different email signatures for each type of email you commonly send.
• Message Helper: Messages you had previously saved in the message helper have now been integrated into Email Layouts and can be accessed from the "My Layouts" area.
• Virtual Assistant: We've added a virtual assistant to guide you through the steps of setting up your account and address book.
