CorpNote Services Discontinuation

Dear Clients and Friends,

After twenty years in business, we are discontinuing the CorpNote service on January 31, 2024 at 11:59pm EST. CorpNote will continue to operate as usual until its closing.

First and foremost, thank you for your business. We appreciate every customer and friendship we have made through CorpNote over the years.

Second, we recommend that you download your account history and contacts so your transition to another service can continue with a minimum of interruption. See our tutorials for instructions on how to download your historic data: https://www.corpnote.com/help/tutorials-historic-data-download.asp

Important: all data must be downloaded before 1/31/24 at 11:59pm EST. After this date and time, all remaining account data will be inaccessible and marked for permanent deletion.

If you terminate your CorpNote account more than 60 days prior to 1/31/24, then your account data will be deleted 60 days from the termination of your account, unless you request in writing that it be removed sooner.

As a show of appreciation, we will be adjusting our costs for our final month of operation as follows:

• Single user members: if your billing date occurs on or after January 2, 2024, then you will not be billed for the month.
• Multi user accounts: since your monthly bill is for the prior month's usage, you will continue to be billed through January but there will be no charges beyond that.
