If you think your email and password are correct: Close your browser and re-open it to clear any 'cookies' that may be interfering with your sign in. Go to the CorpNote home page and click the Sign In button. Enter your email address and password to sign in.

Payment Invoices and Receipts

To view your invoices, go to: My Account > Billing and Password. Click on the "Invoices" tab to see all of your invoices and payment history. You can also view and print individual invoices that display the amount paid and the date they were paid.

How am I Billed for Service?

Your credit card is automatically billed monthly. Your billing cycle is based on the date you establish your account. To view the date your credit card will be charged, sign in to your account. Your 'Next Billing Date' will appear in the yellow Account Notices box at the top of your account overview page.

Minimum Sign-up Period

What Happens to my Scheduled eCards if my Membership Becomes Inactive?

If you have eCards scheduled to be sent on a future date, and your account becomes inactive (because you cancelled, or your credit card was declined and not corrected), then they will not be sent. Accounts that are inactive for 60 days are automatically purged of all account data including scheduled eCards.
