Change Credit Card

To change your credit card for an active (paid) account:

  1. Sign into your account and go to My Account > Billing & Password.
  2. Go to the Billing Contact tab.
  3. Under Payment Method, click the link that says "Change your credit card".
  4. Enter your new CC info and complete the submission

Unable to Sign In

If you think your email and password are correct: Close your browser and re-open it to clear any 'cookies' that may be interfering with your sign in. Go to the CorpNote home page and click the Sign In button. Enter your email address and password to sign in.

Default Custom Style for All Emails

To save time, you can set a default custom style for all the holiday eCards, business eCards, email newsletters and online invitations you create. If you set default styles, you can still easily modify each email based on your needs.

To set your default email styles and signature, go to My Account > Preferences.


Payment Invoices and Receipts

To view your invoices, go to: My Account > Billing and Password. Click on the "Invoices" tab to see all of your invoices and payment history. You can also view and print individual invoices that display the amount paid and the date they were paid.

How am I Billed for Service?

Your credit card is automatically billed monthly. Your billing cycle is based on the date you establish your account. To view the date your credit card will be charged, sign in to your account. Your 'Next Billing Date' will appear in the yellow Account Notices box at the top of your account overview page.

Minimum Sign-up Period

We do not have a minimum sign up requirement and there is no long-term contract. You can sign up for one month, use the service, and then cancel 4 days prior to your monthly billing date and you will only be charged for your one month of use.

If you are a Single-User member or a Multi-User Administrator, you may cancel your membership at any time by completing our cancellation form. An email will be sent to you which contains a link. You must click on this link to finalize the cancellation process.

How do I Pay for my Membership?

When you sign up for a CorpNote account, you will be asked to enter your credit card information via our secure online order page. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Membership Renewal

Follow these steps to renew your CorpNote membership:

1. Sign in with the email address and password you used for your account.
2. You will be presented with a form to renew your membership.
3. Enter your credit card information.

If your credit card is approved, you will immediately have access to your account.

Changing Your Account Email Address

Your account email address is used as the 'sender' email address when you send eCards and newsletters. If your recipient clicks reply to an email, their reply will go to that email address.

To change your 'From' and 'Reply To' email address:

Can I upload my own images?

You can upload up to 200 of your own images to be used in your emails. The accepted formats are .jpg, .gif, .bmp and .png. 


How do I Upgrade to a Custom Interface or a Multi-User Plan?

Sign into your account and go to My Account > Billing and Password. Click the "Upgrade" tab.

What Happens to my Automated Email Campaigns if my Membership Becomes Inactive?

If you have scheduled eCards, emails, invitations or surveys and your account becomes inactive (because you cancelled or your credit card was declined more than 7 days ago), they will not be sent. Accounts that are inactive for 60 days are automatically purged of all account data including scheduled and automated emails.

Sending Business eCards and Email Newsletters with your Company Logo

Can I add private comments to my emails?

You can add personal comments, that only you see, to any saved or sent email. Comments are helpful when you want to record the reason you sent an email, how you know the people you sent it to, or whether you posted it in social media, in your blog or on your website etc.

What can I include in my Email Signature?

Your email signature appears at the bottom of every business eCard and email newsletter you create unless you specifically turn it off beneath the "closing" section of the email editor. You can include:


Will my eCards and email campaigns be sent from my email address?

eCards and email campaigns are sent from our email server using your email address as the ‘from’ and ‘reply to’ address. When you create an account, the email address you use to sign in is the email address that appears in your recipients' email inbox. What happens to automated emails when a membership lapses?

If you cancel your account, your automated emails will stop sending on the date your account becomes 'inactive'. For example, if you cancel on May 15th and your next billing date is May 21st, your automated emails scheduled for May 21st or later will not be sent.

Not Receiving CorpNote Email using my Domain Name in the Email Address

If you are sending email from your own domain name (i.e., you may have difficulty receiving CorpNote email you send to yourself.
