Some possible reasons for not being able to sign in:
If you have forgotten your password, go to the sign-in page and click ‘Forgot your password?’. Enter the email address for your account, complete the captcha and then click the ‘Request Password’ button. A new temporary password will be emailed to the email address you entered, which MUST correspond with the email address being used for the account. Sign in with the temporary password and change your password.
You can reset your password by going to My Account > Billing and Password > Change Password (it is the first tab).
If you have cancelled your membership, you will need to re-new your membership to continue sending eCards, invitations and surveys. If your account is inactive for 60 days, your prior preferences, eCards, newsletters, invitations and survey history will not be available.
