How do I know which users were included in my bill last month?
Multi-User Plan Administrators can view a list of all users that were included in each billing period. Administrators are charged for any user on the plan whose account was active during the billing period, regardless of that user's amount of activity.
To view user and billing details:
- Sign into your account and in the navigation select My Account > Manage Users from the navigation, which will default to the 'Invoices' tab. Alternately, you can go to My Account > Billing & Passwords and select the 'Invoices' tab.
- On the left is a list of all invoices for the account.
- Click on the Invoice Name or the Magnifying Glass icon next to an invoice to see the full details of the invoice, including the names of the people who were active members on your account for that month.
If an invoice is past due, then you will see a "Pay Now" link that will take you to our secure ecommerce page so you can make payment.
