How can I cancel my event?
If you need to cancel an event, there are two ways that you can easily contact people to let them know.
- If you want to send an eCard to everyone you’ve invited, go to the Invitation List for that event (Events > Manage Events). Select ‘Invitation List’ in the drop-down list next to the event and choose 'Send an Email: (to) All People On the List’. This will create a new eCard with the email addresses of all the people you invited. You can then finish creating this eCard with your cancellation message and send it.
- If you only want to notify the people that have already RSVP’d that they are attending, go to your Event Responses (Events > Manage Events). Select ‘View Responses’ in the drop-down list next to the event and choose ‘Send an Email: (to) People Who Responded ‘yes’. This will create a new eCard with the email addresses of all the people who replied that they are attending your event. You can then edit this eCard and send it with your cancellation message.
