How can I cancel my event
If you need to cancel an event, there are two ways that you can easily contact people to let them know.
- If you want to send an eCard to everyone you’ve invited, go to the Invitation List for that event (Invitations > Manage Events). Select ‘Invitation List’ in the drop-down list next to the event and choose 'Send an eCard: (to) All People On the List’. This will create a new eCard with the email addresses of all the people you invited. You can then finish creating this eCard with your cancellation message and send it.
- If you only want to notify the people that have already RSVP’d that they are attending, go to your Event Responses (Invitations > Manage Events). Select ‘View Responses’ in the drop-down list next to the event and choose ‘Send an eCard: (to) People Who Responded ‘yes’. This will create a new eCard with the email addresses all the people who replied that they are attending your event. You can then edit this eCard and send it with your cancellation message.
