Resending a Survey to Recipients Who Did Not Respond
Because you could have sent multiple business eCards and email newsletters with a link to your online survey, the instructions for re-sending a survey notice to those that did not respond are different than re-sending a single eCard or email newsletter. Your online survey list consolidates all of your recipients into one list and tracks whether they viewed the notice and whether they responded.
Follow these instructions for re-sending a survey:
- Go to Surveys > Manage Surveys and select 'Recipient List' from the options drop-down list next to the survey you want to manage.
- In the Recipients Summary area, next to the "Send an Email" option, select people who did not respond from the drop down menu.
- You can select a business eCard or email newsletter template that you’ve previously created for the reminder email, or you can simply click the button that says “Create Follow-Up Email” to create a new eCard or email newsletter with the recipient's email addresses added for you.
