Sending Survey Follow-Up and Thank You eCards
If you asked for an email address from your survey respondents, you can easily send a follow-up or thank you eCard to the people who responded to your survey.
- Sign into your account and go the survey manager.
- Find the survey for which you want to send a follow-up eCard. In the drop-down list of options, select "View Responses".
- In the Response Summary section you will see a drop down menu next to send an eCard.
- Select the option for ‘All Respondents’, select an optional eCard template and then click the "Create eCard" button.
You can now choose a card design, create your message text and edit the list of recipients before sending your follow-up eCard. CorpNote records this eCard as a follow-up to a survey so you know the day you created it, when it was sent and to whom.
