Sending Survey Follow-Up and Thank You eCards

If you asked for an email address from your survey respondents, you can easily send a follow-up or thank you eCard to the people who responded to your survey.

  1. Sign into your account and go the survey manager.
  2. Find the survey for which you want to send a follow-up eCard. In the drop-down list of options, select "View Responses".
  3. In the Response Summary section you will see a drop down menu next to send an eCard.
  4. Select the option for ‘All Respondents’, select an optional eCard template and then click the "Create eCard" button.

You can now choose a card design, create your message text and edit the list of recipients before sending your follow-up eCard. CorpNote records this eCard as a follow-up to a survey so you know the day you created it, when it was sent and to whom.
