How do I view and track automated emails that have been sent?
After an automated email is sent, you will see it in your email history intermixed with your other sent emails. All automated emails will have an icon 
next to them to indicate that the email was sent as part of an automated email campaign.
To see just the automated emails you have sent, click the 'Search and Reports' tab and in the 'Show' drop down menu, select Automated Emails. Only automated emails will be shown in the search results.
- Click on the envelope icon
to see who viewed the email and how many times. - Click on the automated email icon to see which automated email campaign an email was sent from.
To view aggregate statistics for a specific email campaign
- Go to Email > Automated Email Campaigns
- Campaigns that started will have:
- Total emails sent in the campaign
- Total number of views
- Open rate percentage
To view statistics for specific emails within an automated campaign
While on the screen described above:
- Click the envelope icons or
- Click the 'View Related Email' button
