How to view Contacts that have not been assigned to an Email List
To find contacts that have not been assigned to any email lists, go to your address book and in the "Show" drop down menu select ‘Email Lists Assigned.’ If a contact is not assigned to an email list, their record will say “No Email Lists Assigned”.
How to Assign Contacts to Email Lists:
- To assign an individual contact to an email list, click the Pencil icon next to their name and edit the contact's record to include them in an email list.
- To assign multiple contacts to an email list, click the "Email Lists" tab and find the list you want to add the contacts to. In the "Show" drop down menu you can show optional display information. Select ‘Email Lists Assigned’ to see which email lists contacts have been assigned to. Select the checkbox next to contacts you want to add to your email list and save your changes.
