People are not receiving my emails
Generally, if people are not receiving your emails it's because of spam filters. Here are steps you can take to help ensure your emails are getting through.
- Ask people to add your email address to their contact list or address book. If you are using CorpNote’s subscribe feature, they will be reminded to add your email address to their address book when they subscribe to your email list.
- If your recipients are using an email service provider such as AOL, Yahoo, or Hotmail, your emails can sometimes take 24 hours to be delivered to a specific email account because these email providers throttle email delivery based on volume.
- If you are using your company domain name to send your emails, your company’s email server might be blocking your email. Your email administrator might have an email filter in place that is blocking incoming emails that say they're from a company email address, but are being sent from another email server.
To remove this block, your email administrator will need to “whitelist” CorpNote to send email on your behalf. For more information on how to do this, read this FAQ.
- If none of the above is working, your recipients may need to add our IP address to their “allowlist”. See the FAQ above for CorpNote IP address information.
