How do I know what users I was billed for last month?

For Multi-User Plan Administrators

Multi-User Plan Administrators can view a list of all users for which they were billed. They will be charged for any user on the plan whose account was active during the previous billing period, regardless of that user's amount of activity.  
To view billing details:
  • Sign into your account and in the navigation select My Account > Manage Users from the navigation menu, which will default to the the 'Invoices' tab. Alternately, you can go to My Account > Billing & Passwords and select the 'Invoices' tab.
  • On the left is a list of all of your invoices. 
  • Click on the Invoice Name or the Magnifying Glass button next to an invoice to see the full details of your invoice, including the names of the people who are active members on your account for that month.

If an invoice is past due, then you may see a "Pay Now" link that will take you to our secure ecommerce page.
