How do I create a survey?

Quick Answer:

Sign in and go to Surveys > Create a Survey.

Name your survey, choose your opening text and then select how many questions (up to 20) you want your survey to have.

Your questions can be:

  • Multiple choice with 1 answer (radio buttons)
  • Multiple choice with multiple answers (check boxes)
  • A rating scale - 1 through 5 - with text labels at each end
  • Text/comments box - for written answers

When your survey is completed, you can distribute a link to it by sending out an eCard, sharing a direct link on your website or email newsletter, or sharing in social media.
