Can I add private comments to my emails?

You can add personal comments, that only you see, to any saved or sent email. Comments are helpful when you want to record the reason you sent an email, how you know the people you sent it to, or whether you posted it in social media, in your blog or on your website etc.

You can also enter personal comments for email templates, automated email campaigns, QuickSend email templates and contacts in your address book. See our tutorials for more information on how to add comments to various features that you will use often.
