Autofill Names in the Greeting Line of my Email

To autofill a contact's first name at the top of your email, in the editor click the button for "Top Greeting." Check the 'Autofill Name' box to auto-insert the first name of contacts in your address book. Recipients NOT in your address book will see what you type in the ALT text box.

To see how your greeting line will display above your email message, click the "Preview / Save" button.

You can also autofill first name, last name and company anywhere within your email as well as in the email subject line and preheader. See our autofill name tutorials for more details.

NOTE: Names will be inserted exactly how you have them entered in your address book. If a contact name is written in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, that is how it will be inserted.
