No - you cannot change an email once it has been sent or posted in social media. We recommend that you double check your email for typos and grammar before sending or posting.
You can, however, delete your social media post and re-post a corrected copy. Create a 'copy' of the email you want to change, make your changes and then send the email to yourself or your contacts. You can then post this new "direct link" in your social media.
