Customizing your account by setting a few basic preferences will significantly reduce the time it takes to create and send great looking emails. We also recommend that you send yourself several test emails so you see how our system works and what your emails will look like. If you like your test emails, you can quickly make them into email templates.
Recommended Account Setup:
- Create your Email Signature & Upload your Logo - your email signature can include your logo, company name, title, phone, website, street address and social media links
- Set your Favorite Styles - pick a default background color, text color, font face and font size to be used as a starting point for your emails
- Upload Images - upload up to 200 images and photos to be used in your emails and email templates
- Customize the Interface - available to Multi User Administrators and Single Users with a Custom Interface Upgrade
- Multi User Plans - add users, share images, share email templates and share email layouts
