This tutorial covers how to:

How to Change Your Password

  • Go to My Account > Billing & Password and click the 'Change Password' tab
  • Passwords must contain: One lowercase letter, one number and one special character (Except '#'- you cannot use the pound sign). Passwords must be between 7-15 characters long. Example: AbCDE7$
  • You must use your new password the next time you sign in

How to View your Billing Information

  • Go to My Account > Billing & Password and click the 'Billing Contact' tab
  • This page contains your membership join date and your next billing date
  • You can change your billing contact's name, phone and email address
    • The billing contact will receive CorpNote billing correspondence
    • The billing contact information does not affect your email signature
    • Your billing email address does not affect your CorpNote sign in email address
  • Multi User plan members will see the billing contact name, phone, email, company and street address provided by their Administrator

How to Change your Credit Card Payment

  • Go to My Account > Billing & Password and click the 'Billing Contact' tab
  • Next to "Payment Method," you will see a link to "change your credit card"
  • If you do not have a past due invoice, CorpNote will verify that the new credit card information is valid but your credit card will not be charged until your next billing date
  • If you have a past due invoice, you will see the amount due and this invoice will be paid with the new credit card information you provide

How to View & Print Invoices

  • Go to My Account > Billing & Password and click the 'Invoices' tab
  • The invoices tab provides your billing and payment history
  • Click the view icon to view or print the invoice
    • Click the print icon to print the invoice
    • If you are a multi user administrator, you will see which users are included in the invoice for that month
  • If you have a past due invoice, you will see a link for "pay now"

How to Upgrade your Account

  • Go to My Account > Billing & Password and click the 'Upgrade' tab. Multi User Administrators will not see this tab
  • When you upgrade, the one-time set up fee will be billed to the credit card currently on file for the account
    • If you wish to use a different credit card for just this transaction, please call CorpNote customer support
  • As soon as you "upgrade," you will have all available options for the membership type you choose
    • Individual Members can upgrade their account to include a custom interface or convert to a Multi User Plan.
    • If you are an Individual Member with a custom interface, you can upgrade your membership to a Multi-User Membership Plan and still keep the existing custom interface you have set

How to Cancel your Account

  • Go to My Account > Cancel your Membership
  • Complete the form, provide optional comments and click the "Cancel My Account" button
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the email address of the registered account owner. This email contains a link to complete the cancellation process. YOU MUST CLICK ON THIS LINK TO COMPLETE THE CANCELLATION PROCESS.
  • Your account will be made inactive on your membership billing date, not on the date you submit the form
  • If you renew your membership within 60 days of canceling, your account will be restored with all of your historic data intact; otherwise, your historic data will be deleted and cannot be restored
  • Once your account becomes inactive, your sent emails, invitations and surveys will no longer display if people click on links to view your CorpNote content in a browser
  • If you wish to manually ensure the deletion of your data, please do so before your cancellation date. You can delete all account email content, events and surveys you have sent before your membership expires.
  • If you require that all of your data be permanently deleted and would like us to perform this action, then please contact CorpNote support
