eCard Reports

For many of our members, the 'open rate' of their communications is very important. The tutorial below provides instructions on the different ways you can get statistics on who has viewed your eCards. Statistics for each eCard

  • In the drop down menu next to any sent eCard, select 'view recipients and pickup status.'
  • You will see the total number of recipients, how many of them viewed the eCard and the overall open rate percentage.
  • You will also see the name/email address of each contact you sent the eCard to, whether they viewed it and how many times.
  • If the eCard included an invitation or a survey, you will see if the recipient responded.
  • To download an excel report with this data, choose 'Download Excel Report' from the options drop down menu.
For each eCard, you can download an Excel file with the overall open rate percentage and individual eCard recipient views.

eCard Aggregate Statistics for Past 7, 30 and 60 Days

  • On your account overview page, under eCard Summary, you can see how many eCards you have sent in the last 7, 30 and 60 days.
  • Click on the link for one of those time frames and you will the number of eCards sent, the total number of recipients eCards were sent to during that time frame and your overall 'open rate' percentage.
You can view eCard aggregate statistics for eCards sent in the past 7, 30 and 60 days.

eCard Aggregate Statistics for Specific Search Results

  • In the sent eCards area, click the 'Search & reports' tab to search by date range, type of eCard sent and/or keywords in your eCard comments.
  • The search results page has a button to 'Download Excel Report.'
  • The excel report contains:

    • Date Sent
    • Whether the eCard contained an invitation or survey
    • Email subject line
    • Name or email address the eCard was sent to
    • Number of recipients, views, unsubscribes and open percentage
    • eCard message text (first 250 characters)
    • Notes/Comments you’ve annotated for each sent card

Important Note About eCard Open Rates

Your actual open rate most likely exceeds our numbers. We measure unique open rates if:

  1. your recipients email inbox images are set to display, or
  2. your recipients click to view an eCard in a browser.

We use these methods to respect your recipient's privacy, and to be most widely compatible with people's browsers, devices and privacy settings. Consider the open rate as a success indicator, not as an absolute number.
