Sent eCards/Invitations

You can access the eCards you have sent by going to eCards > Sent eCards. eCards you have sent in the last 60 days show by default but you can search by date range, show just eCards that have an invitation and/or survey and more. Next to each eCard, invitation and survey you send you will see the date it was sent, who it was sent to and the open rate.

This tutorial covers all of the options you have AFTER your eCard is sent such as creating eCard templates and sharing an eCard. If you are looking for information on tracking your eCard open rate or viewing invitation and survey responses, visit our Tracking & Responding tutorial.

Important: Once an eCard is sent, you can no longer edit it.

Save an eCard as a Template

Templates allow you to quickly send frequently used eCards and they are required if you want to use our recurring eCards feature. Here's a quick overview of how to create a template:

  1. Select 'Save as a Card Template' from the options drop-down menu next to any sent eCard
  2. To help you find this eCard template in the future:
    • enter a short description
    • choose a category
    • enter your comments
  3. Click the 'Save eCard as Template' button to save your template.

Your new eCard template will appear at the top of your templates list. For more information about templates, view our eCard Templates tutorial.

Save eCard as a QuickSend Template

Our QuickSend feature enables you to quickly send an eCard, invitation or survey in less than 30 seconds. QuickSend perfect for Tradeshows, Customer Service follow ups, Sales Meetings and more...

Here's a quick overview of how to create a QuickSend template:

  1. Select 'Save as a QuickSend Template' from the options drop-down menu next to any sent eCard
  2. To help you find this QuickSend template:
    • enter a display name
    • choose a category
    • choose whether you want this template to display on your QuickSend home screen
    • choose whether recipients should be automatically added to your address book
    • enter your comments
  3. Click the 'Save as a QuickSend Template' button to save your template.

Your new QuickSend template will appear at the top of your QuickSend templates list. For more information on how to use QuickSend and access your templates, view our QuickSend tutorial.

Share your eCard/Invitation

You can share your eCards in social media, link to them from your website or send them as a text message.

To share in Social Media:

  1. Select 'View/Share Card' from the options drop-down menu next to any sent eCard
  2. Click the icon for Facebook, LinkedIn, G+ or Twitter to share in social media

To share on your website, blog, as a text message or in social media:

  1. Click the 'Copy Link' button next to any sent eCard
  2. The link to your eCard is now in your copy buffer and will say "Text copied to the clipboard"
  3. You can now paste the link into your chosen application such as your text message app

Additional Options Available for Sent eCards
Copy an eCard
The 'Copy eCard' option allows you to create an exact copy of your eCard. You can then easily edit the content, add recipients, and send/schedule this new eCard without modifying the original.
Download Excel Report
When you select this option, you can download and save a file that contains the total number of recipients and the overall open rate percentage. You will also see the name/email address of each contact you sent the eCard to, whether they viewed it and how many times.
Add eCard Comments
The 'Your Comments' option allows you to write a few sentences of comments that only you can see. Comments are helpful for many reasons but they are especially helpful when you want to search for a specific eCard.
Delete your eCard
The option to 'Delete eCard' should only be used when you want to permanently remove an eCard. Deleted eCards cannot be recovered. Once you delete it, it's gone for good.
