Ways to Share your Emails keyboard_arrow_right Direct Link

Extend your audience reach and go beyond the email inbox with our Direct Link feature. A direct link to the 'browser version' of your email, event RSVP form or survey response form can be used in your blog, on your website, in social media or in a text message.

How to Link Directly to your Email Content

A 'Direct Link' is created for every 'sent' email. When you send an email to your contacts (or to yourself) it appears in your 'Sent Emails' screen.

  • Go to Email > Sent Emails and find the email you want to link to
  • Click the email's 'Copy Link' button
  • The direct link is now copied to your copy buffer
  • If you paste this link into a web browser, you will see your email as it was sent to your recipients
  • You can paste this link into a blog, your website, social media etc. to share it

thumb_up Important Notes

  • When you use the direct link feature, you do not have as much detail as to who is viewing your email content. You will see how many times it was viewed but each view from a direct link will be marked as 'anonymous.'
  • We recommend that you add a 'comment' for each email you are sharing with direct link to help you remember where you posted the link. Only you will see these comments.

How to Link Directly to an Event Response Form

  • Go to Events > Manage Events
  • Find the event and click its 'Direct Link' button
  • The direct link is now in your copy buffer
  • If you paste this link into a web browser, you will see your event RSVP form
  • You can paste this link into a blog, your website, social media etc.

thumb_up Important Notes

  • You will not be able to use the 'Invitation List' feature when using a direct link to the event response form since the invitation is not addressed to a specific group of contacts.

How to Link Directly to a Survey

  • Go to Surveys > Manage Surveys
  • Find the survey and click its 'Direct Link' button
  • The direct link is now in your copy buffer
  • If you paste this link into a web browser, you will see your survey response form
  • You can paste this link into a blog, your website, social media etc.

thumb_up Important Notes

  • You will not be able to use the 'Recipient List' feature when using a direct link to a survey.
