Ways to Share your Emails keyboard_arrow_right Sending as a Text Message

Sharing a CorpNote Email in a Text Message

The instructions for sending an email as a text message are similar to our instructions for using our "direct link" feature with a few exceptions noted below.

For invitations, you can text a link to the invitation email you created that describes your event or you can text a link that goes directly to the event RSVP form.

For surveys, you can text a link to the email you created that provides instructions for your survey or you can text a link that goes directly to the survey response form.

This method works on Apple iPhones and may work on some other mobile devices.

  • Open the messages app on your iPhone and paste the link into the message text box
  • Hold your finger on the send button until you see the message to "send with effect"
  • Scroll to preview the effects and when you find the one you want, click the send button

The example shown uses the 'Confetti' effect. Here are some other effects you can choose from:

  • Bubble - Slam, Loud, Gentle & Invisible Ink
  • Screen - Echo, Spotlight, Balloons, Confetti, Love, Lasers, Fireworks, Shooting Star & Celebration
You can send your eCard message with a creative text effect like confetti ribbons.

  • When you send an email as a text message, you do not have as much detail as to who is viewing your email content. You will see how many times the email was viewed but each view from a text message will be marked as 'anonymous.'
  • We recommend that you add a 'comment' for each email you shared as a test message to help you remember who you sent it to. Only you will see these comments.
