Email Tracking & Resending

When you send an email, your email campaign success is tracked in real-time so you can easily see who views your email, which messages get the best response, and how to plan your next steps.

The following tracking information is available for each email you send:

  • Date and time the email was sent
  • Total number of recipients including whether it was sent to an email list
  • How many recipients viewed the email and how many did not
  • The open rate percentage
  • Statistics for each recipient including how many times they viewed the email
  • Whether recipients responded to invitations and surveys included in the email
  • Whether the email was a 'Follow Up' to an event or survey or a 'Resend'
