As a Multi User Administrator, you can view general usage reports for your members. You can also see which email templates are being used in your users' automated email campaigns.
How to View General Usage Statistics
Go to My Account > Manage Users and click the view icon pageview next to a specific user's record
You will see general usage stats specific to that user: when they last signed in, how many emails they have sent, whether they have events or surveys, and the number of automated emails and templates they have set up.
thumb_up To obtain aggregate information on all of your users, click the "reports" tab. This enables you to select the information you would like to see. You can also download this report into a MS Excel compatible file.
How to View Shared Email Templates Usage in Automated Email Campaigns
Go to Email > My Templates and select "View Usage" from the drop down menu next to any email template
You will see a list of users using the email template in their automated email campaigns and how many campaigns the template is assigned to
