When you use the event follow up feature (described in the previous tutorial), you can easily view all emails you have sent for a specific event such as reminders, thank you's and surveys.

How to View all Emails Related to a Specific Event

Go to Events > Manage Events and click the button 'View Related Email' for a specific event.

  • The results list will look similar to your 'Sent Emails' history
  • Next to each email is a summary with the date the email was sent, who it was sent to and the open rate
  • If it was an event follow up, the type of follow up will display
  • Click the 'View Email' button to see the full email as your recipients see it
  • The drop-down menu for each email has the same options that are available for emails in your 'Sent Emails' bin

How to Download a Statistics Report for all Emails Related to a Specific Event

You can export your email stats as a .csv comma delimited file that can be viewed/imported into other programs for further evaluation.

  • Go to Events > Manage Events and click the button 'View Related Email' for a specific event.
  • Click the 'Download Report' button
  • The downloaded file includes the date and time each email was sent, the subject line and preheader, the total recipients and open rate stats, whether the email contained an event and/or survey and your comments.
