Account & Billing


When you sign into your account, you will see your 'Account Dashboard' or the 'Account Setup' screen for the first 30 days after you sign up.

The 'Dashboard' Tab

  • Account Notices such as:
    • Billing notices, system updates and actionable items
  • Address Book summary with:
    • Total number of contacts and links to add a contact, or add multiple contacts, using an import file
    • Total number of email lists and email campaigns with links to view them
    • New subscriber contacts to review (if available)
    • New QuickSend contacts to review (if available)
  • Email Summary which includes overall stats for sent, scheduled and saved emails
    • For quick stats on sent emails, click the link for 7 days, 30 days or 60 days to see an overview of the total number of sends and the open rate percentage for that specific time frame
    • Click the 'New eCard' or the 'New Email' button to begin creating a new email
  • RSVP Event Summary shows upcoming events and the number of responses for each event
    • Click the event name to view responses
    • Click the 'New Event' button to create a new event
    • Click 'View All Events' to go to the Manage Events screen
  • Survey Summary shows the last 5 surveys you created and the number of responses for each of those surveys
    • Click the survey name to view responses
    • Click the 'New Survey' button to create a new survey
    • Click 'View All Surveys' to go to the Manage Surveys screen

The 'Account Setup' Tab

  • This will be the default screen you see for the first 30 days after you sign up.
  • Quick Start Guides: Get up and running fast with Quick Start Guides that will help you set up your account and send your first emails.
  • Virtual Assistant: Use our Virtual Assistant to guide you page-by-page through the basic steps of setting up your account. Click this icon account_box to start the virtual assistant.
  • Start Creating: Choose what you want to do first - create a new eCard/email design, event or survey

The 'Dates' Tab

  • This Week's Important Dates: displays contacts in your address book that have a birthday, anniversary or start date for that week. Click the button for New eCards, New Email or Use Template to create an email for that contact.
  • Upcoming Holidays: click a holiday to view/select eCard designs for that holiday.

The 'Email Search' Tab

Enter an email address to search all emails, invitations and surveys that were sent to this email address.

  • If the email address belongs to a contact in your address book, you will see that contact's detailed information including your email history for that contact, invitations and surveys they have responded to and automated email campaigns assigned to that contact.
  • If the contact is not in your address book, you will only see the email history for that email address and invitations and surveys they have responded to using that email address.
