It's the winter holidays, and everyone I know is scurrying around. We've had lots of year end phone calls and online inquiries, and I don't just mean for holiday cards. People are planning all kinds of parties and want to do online registration. Several new customers have even called inquiring about customer service surveys that they want to do in March!
Whatever is on your plate this time of the year, just remember that, despite the hustle and bustle, quality is still priority number one! Do what you have to, but take the time to make a splash and be remembered favorably.
